Data Retention: Order data will be deleted from our system after 3 days. For Hotmail/Outlook accounts, data is deleted after 1 day. Please save your data promptly.
Warranty Period: Warranty claims must be submitted and will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. We do not accept support requests after this period.
